Cancellation/Tardiness Policies
At Embrace, we respect and honor a timely-mannered schedule to the best of our ability. We ask of our clients to please do the same. We do understand that unavoidable circumstances take place. We will try to accommodate the services scheduled and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. But please know that we have other guests and appointments to accommodate as well. 

 

Our appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointments that was booked days, weeks, or even months ago.  But when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. If last minute cancellations or no-shows become a habit, you will be flagged.  In order to then reserve any future appointments, a credit card will need to be put on file.  A $100 non-refundable deposit must be made for any color services moving forward.  A $25 cancellation fee will be applied for any further no-show or last minute cancellations for all services.

 

Cancellations- If you are unable to make your reserved time, please allow a 24-48 hour notice with a call to confirm the cancellation.

 

Last-minute Cancellation- A cancelled appointment within 24 hours of the original appointment. 

 

No-Show- If you do not arrive to your scheduled appointment and no call to cancel has been made.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

      •After two no-shows or last minute cancellations (do not have to be consecutive), we will require a credit card on file in order to reserve any future appointments.  

      •If a third no-show or last minute cancellation happens, your card will be charged a non-refundable fee. 

           

(These fees are not applied to the scheduled services.  Discounts and gift cards do not apply.)

 

Tardiness Policy: 

In order for our team to guarantee your service(s) to be complete, we ask for you to be on time. We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our day by delaying our schedules for upcoming guests. Time is of the essence. Clients will receive a call 10 minutes after their appointment began. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great!  If not, you may have to forgo part of your service(s) or reschedule. 

 

Please understand, our appointments are reserved back to back, leaving little wiggle room for tardiness.  Thank you for understanding!
