NEW DEPOSIT

This is for all NEW color clients or returning clients reserving an advanced color service. 

To reserve your appointment:

•$50 deposit - color/color pull through

•$100 deposit - advanced color services:        balayage, highlights, fashion colors, corrective colors

This deposit will be applied towards services the day of your appointment, nonrefundable if same day cancellation or no-show occurs.

SALON REDO 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your services, please call us within 7 days. We are grateful for the opportunity to make it right. After 7 days, a new full service will be required. 

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

We ask for a 24 hour notice when cancelling any appointment. Same day cancellations and no-shows prevent us from filling these now open time spots.  If you have 2 same-day cancellations and/or no-shows, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve any future appointments.  This deposit will be applied to that future appointment or nonrefundable if another same day cancellation or no-show occurs. 

TARDINESS

In the event that you may be late to your appointment, please give us a call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your services scheduled. You may have to forgo part of your services or be asked to reschedule.  Shortening your service times may cause our crew to rush. And that is not ideal for any service provider.
