If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your services, please call us with in 7 days to discuss further arrangements. We are grateful for the opportunity to make it right.
After 7 days, a new and full service will be required.
We ask for a 24-hour courtesy notice when cancelling appointments. Any appointment cancelled same day will result in a 50% service charge on the card on file or placed on account to be paid in full prior to any future appointment.
All new clients and clients booking online appointments will be required to place a card on file to reserve future appointments. We ensure the security of your card information with our software's PCI DSS compliant risk mitigation tools. Your data is safe and never to be shared.
Any No-Show will result in a 100% service charge on the card on file or placed on account to be paid in full prior to any future appointments.
In the event that you will be late to your appointment, please call us right away to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your services scheduled. You may have to forfeit part of your services or be asked to reschedule. Our appointments book back-to-back, leaving little wiggle room for squeezing in services.

Online booked appts must be approved by our staff and are monitored by our front desk team. If for any reason your desired times does not work, we will contact you to make necessary adjustments. Our services times are set to default and stylists may require additional time or clients may require additional time. All fashion colors and corrective services must be booked through our front desk.
We wish to send you emails, texts, calls, and mailings to stay up to date with all things Embrace Salon and Spa. Please inform us when your contact information has changed or update on our online booking site. You are welcome to change your contact preferences at anytime.
We welcome you to experience any of our talented team members in the event that your preferred stylist is unavailable. You are always invited to schedule with another stylist who will be happy to take care of you.
